I’m a theater artist, designer and technician. From Denver, CO, I have lived in Boston, MA for the last 8 years. I am currently a graduate student in Lighting Design at Boston University’s School of Theater. Previously, I taught stagecraft and lighting crafts at MIT Theater Arts. I earned by B.A. in drama at Vassar College, with a focus on lighting design, dramaturgy and playwriting
My work focuses on creating immersive experiences that engage and challenge an audience. By creating intensely designed environments, I explore how we can use live-performance to tell stories in unique and unexpected ways. I specialize in site-specific work, ranging from intimate artists' studios to rolling orchards; black box theaters to the tuns and vats of a brewery.
